UK delivery

For UK customers, we offer a free next day delivery service if your order is received before 3pm Monday to Friday. It will arrive the next working day, and you'll need to sign for it.

International delivery

Costs for international delivery are based on the overall weight of the order. They will be shipped by an International courier service.

Payment and security

We accept Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, American Express, JCB and Switch/Maestro. All credit card numbers are encrypted via a secure server.

Please exercise caution when paying by card in a public place.

Guarantee

All our stylers come with a 2 year manaufacturer's guarantee. This means that where the fault is not due to incorrect use, ghd will repair and replace your straighteners free of charge.

Returns

If you need to return your ghd styler within the 24 month guarantee period, you can go to returns page on the ghd official site and follow the steps laid out.

Be safe with your styler

Please be careful when using your styler - it reaches extremely hot temperatures and is an electrical appliance so should be handled with the right amount of care:

• Don't touch the plates once they have heated up.
• Never use your ghd IV straighteners near water, for instance in the bathroom or shower, or over the sink.
• Children or people with reduced sensory, mental or physical capabilities should be supervised when using ghd IV straighteners.
• Never apply styling products such as hair spray, wax or gel directly to your styler.

Care for your styler

To keep your ghd IV straighteners in the best possible condition try and follow the following guidelines:

• Don't leave your styler unattended when it's hot.
• Switch off the styler after you've finished with it - then unplug it too.
• Avoid putting a hot styler into contact with surfaces that are sensitive to heat such as textiles or plastic.
• Before putting the straighteners back into your cupboard or place of storage, allow them to completely cool down first.

• Never allow the hot plates to touch the styler's electric cable.
• When you receive your straighteners for the first time, take note of the way the electric supply cord is folded. Try to fold it this way each time you store them.
• Avoid hanging the straighteners by their cable. Instead, to store, lay them flat upon a heat-resistant surface.
